1. Diet and exercise
If you exercise vigorously or a strict diet, your body will assume you are not fit to become pregnant. Thus, estrogen levels decline and hampered the process of ovulation, menstruation can be late and stopped temporarily. So make sure you already exercise and eat regularly.

2. Weight loss

3. Contraceptives
